I always considered myself a terrible swimmer as a child much to my Dad's consternation as he taught me to swim (and he was a swimming teacher!). It wasn't until I entered my first Ironman that I started to a) improve b) appreciate the sheer pleasure I get from swimming in open water. Here I am swimming around one of the islands in Sardinia in 2013 and below finishing the 2010 Switzerland Ironman.
This is how one of my friends describes my life! I like to take on new challenges and work out how to do them as I go. Basically falling out of windows - sometimes I have a fantastic experience and sometimes I land flat on my face.
As a side note, I am actually lucky to be alive because I did actually fall head first out of a first floor building when I was at university. The bloke I fell out the window with cushioned my fall and probably saved my life. We have been best friends ever since!
Here's an activation we did in The Clear Idea truck to promote Michael Jackson's Immortality tour. I was quite upset when he died as I had invited clients to attend the 40 shows he was meant to be playing in London.
I try and have as much fun as I can. Keep stress to a minimum and enjoy my time here. I've crammed a lot in to the first 40 years and I hope to do a helluva lot more before I go.
If anyone has any suggestions for an adventure, I'm all ears.
This is probably my favourite work picture. We toured James Bond's Aston Martin (the DB10) around Europe to promote the launch of the film Spectre. Here is is in front of the Duomo in Milan.
I'm lucky enough to live near the magnificent Richmond Park in South West London. I must have spent hundreds upon hundreds of hours in the park either on my bike, running round the perimeter or having a coffee over-looking the beautiful Pens Pond.
Here are some of the 300 deer that can be found in this historic park which used to be King Henry VIII's hunting ground.
There's a lot of truth in this...
For my 40th birthday I was lucky enough to spend it with 18 friends trekking and rafting in Nepal. It was the best birthday ever. Here's one of our boats tackling one of the many grade V rapids. It's hard to believe but there are seven people in that boat! The video below is a precious souvenir from the trip.
This little man changed my life, forever. He's a good little boy and I can't wait to have more adventures with him. We are blessed to have him.
This is another great campaign image. Here were are showcasing the magnificent Ford GT in Berlin.
I love living in London but having the Thames on my doorstep is a great way of getting away from the city whilst still being in it. Whether it is paddleboarding or a summer swim down the river followed by a drink in a riverside pub. Perfect.
I love our 3D truck ads. I particularly like this one for the Mercedes Sprinter. Below is a campaign we did for Shell and another one for Castrol which featured another great 3D creative.
It's a sad claim to fame but I think given I have been running In Your Space for 16 years I am probably considered the world's leading truck media expert.
I spend a lot of time in Dorset where I have a place in the countryside near the factory. It's a great county and, whilst I ended up there by accident, it's a good place to be. Here's the famous Durdle Door on the Jurassic Coast
The Cotahuasi is the world's deepest canyon (twice as deep as the Grand Canyon). I've always wanted to go to Peru. Having had such an epic time in Nepal last year I decided to make this my 2017 Trip of a Lifetime. Everyone's welcome. Here's a link to the trip
The 570GT in Port Adriano, Mallorca. A stunning backdrop.
I spent most of 2016 visiting the elite European holiday resorts. We can now showcase our clients' products to wealthy consumers who are in a relaxed environment with time on their hands in some of the most exclusive destinations in the world.
We can get you into the heart of London's financial centre. Here we are with McLaren just before Christmas.
Here’s the float we designed for Tesco Pride season. If you’re going to do a float, do it properly.
We can’t wait for our day out with Aston Martin this autumn. We won a charity auction and the prize was a day out on the AM 37 in Monaco. We can’t wait for fun on the Cote D’Azur.
Who says dreams don’t come true? I cycled past this building hundreds of times and was always in awe of the place. I knew a bit of its history and the care that was provided for war veterans. Due to the listed nature of the building it was no longer fit for purpose and when it was being converted into a residential space, my dreams came true. I’ve been living here nearly a year now and every day I feel blessed.
Here’s our new transparent car transporter with integrated viewing platform.
Not again, Paddy! Upsetting the locals.
If you’re gonna to make a float, make a memorable one. Here’s Hotel W’s float that we did with Perfect Cartel.
Ever since I was a kid watching cricket on the TV I’ve wanted to go to the Caribbean to watch a match. Last spring I made this dream come true with a wonderful trip to Antigua and Barbados. It was amazing to have my most wonderful parents there too who were celebrating 50 years of marriage - a real test match innings! What a holiday.
